How do I join a circle?
You can join a circle by receiving an invite link from an existing member or circle admin. Tap the link and follow the prompts inside the MoneyPhone app. Circles are private by default — you must be invited to join.
How do voice chats and voicemails work?
Inside a circle, you can record and send voice messages to all circle members. Voicemails can also be sent directly to individual users. All voice messages are stored securely and are only visible to the intended recipients.
What is MP currency?
MP (MoneyPhone) currency is earned through participation in the app — sending voice messages, staying active in circles, and engaging with your network. MP currency is used within the MoneyPhone ecosystem and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Who can see my circle conversations?
Only members of your circle can see conversations and voice messages within that circle. MoneyPhone does not share your circle content with anyone outside your group.
How do I create a circle?
After signing in, go to the Circles tab and tap the create button. Give your circle a name and topic, then invite members by sharing your unique invite link.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at d0x.digital.marketing@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 5 business days and purge your data within 30 days.
I found a bug or security issue. How do I report it?
Please report bugs and security issues to d0x.digital.marketing@gmail.com. For security vulnerabilities, please include "Security Report" in the subject line. We take all reports seriously and will respond within 48 hours.
Is MoneyPhone available on Android?
MoneyPhone is available on iOS and can also be accessed via the web. Android support is on our roadmap. Follow our updates for release announcements.
