MoneyPhone ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the MoneyPhone mobile application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or use MoneyPhone:

• Account information: display name, username, and profile details you choose to share
• Voice messages and voicemails you record and send within your circles
• Circle membership data: circles you create, join, or are invited to
• MP currency activity: balances earned and transactions within the app
• Financial goals and progress notes you share within circles
• Device information and app usage data for performance and error monitoring

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the MoneyPhone service
• Deliver voice messages and voicemails to circle members
• Manage your account, circles, and MP currency balance
• Send important service notices (e.g. security alerts, policy updates)
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms
• Respond to your support requests

3. Voice Messages & Audio Data

Voice recordings you create within MoneyPhone — including circle voice messages, voicemails, away messages, and feed posts — are encoded and stored directly in our secure database. They are not processed by or uploaded to any third-party audio storage service. Audio is only accessible to the intended recipients: circle members for circle messages, and the addressed user for voicemails.

We do not use voice recordings for advertising, machine learning training, or any purpose other than delivering them within the app. We do not sell audio data to any third party.

Voice recordings are retained while your account is active. If you delete a message, it is removed from the app immediately and purged from our database within 30 days.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• With circle members — content you post in a circle is visible to all members of that circle
• With service providers who help us operate the app (e.g. hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality obligations
• When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users

5. Data Security

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will purge your personal data, voice recordings, and circle activity within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

7. Children's Privacy

MoneyPhone is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
